... I am very impressed with the quality of this griddle, it beats most home use griddles for standing up to wear and tear. Disperses heat evenly and is large enough to feed several people. I only wish Coleman had made their campstove carrier larger so it could ride inside a compartment as well, like a laptop case. The nonstick surface appears to be the quality kind, not the cheap application that flakes or chips at the slightest provocation. Very happy with it. ...
